We’ll need you to:
If you go radio silent for 5 days straight with no heads-up, the contract is considered void. We can’t keep your slot open or offer a refund because we’ve already put time and work in.
You can cancel a retainer anytime with a 15-day notice. If there’s unused time beyond that notice period, we’ll refund you the remaining amount.
One-off consultations or completed work are non-refundable.
We offer unlimited revisions within reason. That means we’re happy to tweak things, but we also expect clarity and timely feedback.
Once the content is delivered and paid for, it’s 100% yours. Use it, repurpose it, resell it—we don’t care. You own it fully.
